Product Description:

    Fire resistant sleeving can be continuously exposed to temperatures of 260°C without damage and can withstand temperatures of up to 1300°C. The 1300°C destructive test can last up to half an hour and after half an hour the outside coating starts to carbonise and the glass fibre is intact.
    The flame retardant properties of the fire resistant casing can effectively prevent personnel from suffering burns and injuries from the high heat of the pipeline, and can significantly save the cost of thermal energy loss.
    The fire resistant casing is mainly used for cable insulation protection in high temperature places such as steel plants, smelters and glass plants, especially for the instantaneous splashing of steel, the extra thick protective layer of the casing provides excellent protection for the cables inside the tube.

Test items and results
    High temperature bending test: no surface cracking or peeling of the film surface after 48 hours in a constant temperature oven at 260°C.
    Low temperature bending test: no cracking of the surface or peeling of the surface of the coating film after heating in a constant temperature oven at -70°C for 1 hour.
    Film coating test: no surface peeling or dissolution after continuous use in a constant temperature oven.
    Combustion test: self-extinguishing and non-spontaneous combustion (in accordance with ULVW-1 and CSAHFS tests).
    Temperature resistance test: 2000 hours 260°C heating test normal no abnormalities, 30 seconds 1200°C heating test glass fibres intact.
    Flame retardancy test: burning rate not less than 45s/25mm.
    Breakdown voltage resistance: depending on the wall thickness, the voltage resistance from 10KV-30KV can be achieved.
