This is a used Vintage Pedal Car Style kids riding toy. Instead of pedals the handles are what is used to make the back wheels propel you forward. It is old, worn and rusted. There is a bent piece of metal on the axle by one of the Wheels and damage to the wood. It is for parts or rebuild.
