This beautiful soft velvet is beautiful!  The lace shoulder straps are lined and seem to be Battenburg lace.

The lace is discolored but I don't think it was originally white, possibly ivory.

The velvet is in wonderful condition as are the seams.  The dress is not ripped or torn.

Small surface spot on front side approx 7" down from waist.  It appears to be the same color as the mark on the lace.
