New, new old stock, still in the box, the box has gotten pushed in a bit, causing the clear plastic show case on top of the box to get dented on front corner. It may have also weakened the plastic zipper seal around the box but the car is unharmed, sitting safely up top. This was gifted to someone back in 2004 and never opened up.
