In a pre-owned condition - Some scuffs and signs of wear on the coat, but they do not really affect the parkas look as it is a sturdy robust coat. It has a small hole on the inner lining part near the hem and the left bottom pocket is coming away slightly on one edge and needs a couple of stitches which i have photographed - Please see pictures
