This is a phone that was purchased Brand New and used for approx. 60 days. It works beatifully,
but it has too many features for a not so tech individual. It did not have the feature we wanted and it had 
too many for us to figure out. We purchased a different phone. This phone is not in the box it was 
purchased in, we put in it the box from the new phone we just got. Does have the manual included.
Nice to block all the unwanted calls, hook to your cell phones and much more.
