• Overall instrument structural integrity is VERY GOOD, including cup edges and tip. Only one cosmetic instance of malformation noted on tip of codman dissector in the form of a ding as depicted within zoomed listing images.

• Cup edges intact, showing minor wear from previous use under magnification. .

• Cosmetically rated as GOOD overall condition based on the following flaw notations as recorded during various reviews and tests:

• Both surface level and a more severe scratching noted in various locations across both included pieces as depicted.

• Discoloration and surface staining noted in some areas on both pieces as depicted within zoomed listing images. Please reference images for best detail here. Rub marks, stains, previous owner identification tape residue, scratches, darkening, etc.
