UK DELIVERY

We aim to provide a Next Day delivery service, provided your item(s) are in stock in our warehouse. There may be items that we need to transfer in from our stores but the vast majority of orders placed before 12.00pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), but please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch and up to 5 working days for delivery.  If you wish to check dispatch time before purchasing you can contact our sales team on 01467 629726.

Most orders are delivered during office hours and will require a signature; please provide an alternative address at checkout if no one will be home to sign for the parcel.



INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch our items the same day as the order is placed, provided the item(s) are in stock in our warehouse. There may be items that we need to transfer in from our stores but the vast majority of orders placed before 12.00pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays), but please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch.

Returns:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the dispatch date provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition, with the original labels still intact. Please return any items to the address below:

Please note that this policy does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or personalized on behalf of the customer.
All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery.

For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item, as we regret we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

If the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange for the return and issue a replacement.  Once an item has been used we will be unable to refund or exchange unless the item is found by the manufacturer to have a fault owing to defective workmanship or materials.

We understand that we are prone to human error sometimes so if we accidentally send you the wrong item or quantity then let us know within 14 days of receiving the item and we will replace it for the correct item and refund any postage cost you may have incurred for returning the item to us.

Again, this must be agreed with a member of the Customer Services Team prior to returning the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our stores are unable to refund orders placed via our website but items can be exchanged in store.
