new customers PLEASE READ what/how I sell

The items I sell range in condition from shelf pulls to store returns. Some boxes may be damaged and/or missing paperwork. I do not test the items I sell for full functionality, it would take too long but.  If you are not sure if something is included in the auction please ask, don't assume it is or isn't. I do my best to describe what I see accurately but If I miss something, I am only human... We can do a fast return and move on. You can see from my feedback I don't list items that are known bad.

Brand New(Shelf Pull) - Factory sealed item, has not been opened for testing.

New/Other - Open box item, appears to be new, may have been tested for basic 

functionality, check notes for item specific details.

Used - Shows signs of previous use, may have been tested for basic functionality, may be missing parts, check notes for item specific details.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or to PO boxes and APO. We only ship to USA excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

SHIPPING:

Most items I do a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping unless it is a oversized package All packages are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise stated in listing, 99.9% of all my shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment. I do shipping Monday-Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. Delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on where you live. 

Tracking information can be found in the item details page after purchase and Ebay will email you the number once I print the label.

Shipping insurance: We do shipping insurance if its over $199 otherwise we do it by request and buyer pays. 

I only shipped to the comfirmed address you have in ebay and paypal.

QUESTIONS:

I encourage you to ask any questions you may have, please dont assume anything. In an attempt to keep normal hours (seems like selling on ebay is a 24/7 job) I will respond to emails during the hours of 9am-5pm (Central time) Monday thru Saturday, Sunday I will relax!.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES

I don't do partial refunds so don't even ask or "fish" (so many people out there doing feedback extortion ruined this). I really always prefer you send the item back for a full refund unless I have parts or something you need. I'll take the loss on the shipping charge sending it to you and buyer pays return shipping. If the item is damaged in shipping I will open a claim with UPS but you have to prove it with a video.
