Vintage Ships Clock Brass Case W Door & Glass, Dials, Hermle movement.  The door at its widest is 6 5/8" and height is 3 11/32".  Base is 1 13/32"

You will be receiving everything in the photos.  There are two dials.  The glass needs to be reinstalled.  Everything that you see in the photos is what came with this clock case.
