Geprägt von der New Zealand Mint aus drei Unzen 99,9% Silber, zeigt das Motiv ein farbiges Porträt des Agenten des Chaos, mit einem bösen Grinsen im Gesicht und seiner charakteristischen Joker-Karte in der Hand. Im Hintergrund sind ikonischen Auftritte des Bösewichts aus den DC Comics™ zu sehen. Das Gewicht und die Feinheit der Münze sowie das Copyright sind ebenfalls im Design enthalten. Die Rückseite zeigt das Wappen von Niue, sowie den Nennwert "TEN DOLLARS" und das Ausgabejahr "2023".
