Cleistocactus brookeae ssp vulpis-cauda, the Fox Tail Cactus.  Seldom available in the USA.  They have similar characteristics of the Monkey Tail Cactus.  The Fox Tail Cactus has no thorns, their hair is off white in color, and slightly firmer than that of a Monkey Tail Cactus.  Fox Tail Cactus have distinguishing reddish/brownish hair at the tip of the tail.  While young their tails are not as pendant (hanging) as those of the Monkey Tail Cactus.  Their flowers do not fully open like those of a Monkey Tail Cactus.

The seedlings being offered are well rooted and range in size from 7" to 10" in length.  The seedlings will be sent unpotted with a small amount of soil...in a plastic baggie.

If you wish to learn more about this unique and relatively rare cactus, check out the FB group "Monkey & Fox Tail Cactus Enthusiast", there is more info on both of these hairy tailing cactus than anywhere else online.
