Malco Modes vintage Blouse and Skirt.

I bought this as a set - the blouse says XL (vintage, so it runs smaller) but the skirt seems more like a medium/large to me and the tag is missing. The skirt elastic is in real good shape, laying flat it stretches to 16 inches across and unstretched it's about 13 inches across. So about a 28 to 30 inch waist would be just right. 

The XL size for the Blouse is vintage so might be a lot smaller than what we think of for an extra large. I think it's meant to be worn tucked into the skirt. I mention this because if the skirt size will work for you, the top being bigger might still work since it's tucked in. 

 It's Navy (or royal) Blue Polkadot/swiss dot.This is a nice skirt and top set for country line dancing, square dancing, or maybe clogging or for dress up as a cowgirl paired with cute boots and a cowgirl hat.

The skirt is a "circle skirt" and sooooooooo twirly, and with the ruffle it's adorable. Fun to wear! Fabric seems to be a cotton poly blend in a nice weight not too thin and not too thick. Please see the photos for the measurements.
