For sale is this beautiful Middle Eastern hand painted artwork on an antique book leaf. This piece is brightly colored, and includes beautiful colored embellishments and details throughout. Its style is a classic Middle Eastern (or at least Central Asian Greater Middle East Area) form of art. This beautiful painting boasts an artistic style that has been used for hundreds of years, and was popularized during the Mughal Empire/Dynasty. The art is well done, and was likely performed by a hired professional artist. This painting was not original to the book the leaf is from, but is instead a vintage/modern painting that was done on the page of an authentic antique Urdu or Arabic book leaf or manuscript as an artistic design (not out of utility as a picture in a book would serve, but just as a creative medium to use). I am not sure what book the leaf is from, but believe it is in Urdu (an Arabic related language). This would be a beautiful piece to frame or display! It is a beautiful work of art and would make a great addition to any collection! Don’t pass it up!
