To my eye, the condition is Good, but I am not a grader. There is a tear of about one inch at the edge of about the last fifteen pages (see the last two photos), but otherwise it is unmarred, unfolded, unmarked. No folds or bends. Almost no spine roll. Please see photos for condition.
