It's too late when they realise she needs their blood to survive. CAST includes Dennis Hopper, John Saxon, Basil Rathbone, Judi Meredith, Forrest J Ackerman, Florence Marley. BEHIND THE SCENES TRIVIA : Director Curtis Harrington felt that Ridley Scott's Alien (1979) must have received some inspiration from his feature, saying "Ridley's film is like a greatly enhanced, expensive and elaborate version of QUEEN OF BLOOD." In the final shot, the man holding the alien eggs is Forrest J. Ackerman, who goes unrecognized by many viewers because he's not wearing his trademark glasses. At the time, Ackerman was the editor of the magazine "Famous Monsters of Filmland" (aka "Famous Monsters"). This film got coverage in his magazine.
