We only collect small batches at a time and we are getting older so supply this season will be strictly limited.


Our family has been collecting Dulse for 6 generations. We are the foremost experts in Dulse harvesting in Ireland.


We pick only the finest Murlough bay and Fairhead and Torr thin Dulse stuck to the rocks at low tide.  We don't harvest the thick, tough deep water Dulse which is in abundance and is of poor quality.


We then use a three step drying process on a special drying surface to ensure the perfect level of moisture in the Dulse to generate the delicious salty flavour and texture.


This is then expertly and carefully cleaned and packed in special bags to avoid sweating or contamination of the Dulse.
