This item is in extremely used condition as all has been used for the past 10 years at a local business. The phone has varying signs of cosmetic wear, dents, scratches and even some damage to the screen. The phone was quickly cleaned with Clorox cleaner/bleach, but would recommend a deep cleaning as it is still dirty/unclean. The phone does not have the small plastic piece that keeps the handset from falling off (see pictures). The phone is in working condition.
