Used-Acceptable Condition: DISC ONLY, Withdrawn library disc(s). Includes a slip case. Artwork not included. Disc(s) should play great, without any playback issues. Disc may include library markings, like writing, sticker, and protective label covers.

We offer free economy shipping in the United States.  In an effort to bring you the lowest possible prices, economy shipments are held until we meet minimum shipping volumes (generally one shipment per week).  As a result handling time can be up to 5 business days (but is usually faster for most orders).   Economy shipping can take 10 full business days to arrive in addition to handling time and does not feature standard tracking.  In some cases, eBay may provide a faster estimated delivery time, but this is often overly optimistic.  We are not able to offer refunds for non-delivery until 10 full business days after an item ships.

Each disc undergoes a physical inspection prior to sale and a 2nd check before shipping.  In the event that we discover that an item does not meet our quality standards, we will issue a full refund.  For multi-item orders, we will proactively issue a prorated refund equal to the value of the damaged item and ship the rest of the order.  We have top of the line, commercial disc polishing machines and will clean and polish as needed.
