This New Eco-Friendly ultra fibre cot bed mattress features a non-woven polyester core and a hypo-allergenic zip-on cover that is quilted. The polyester core is made from 100% polyester and is used extensively in mattresses. The fibres are 100% recyclable, themselves being manufactured from PET polyester, which means they meet human-ecological requirements.

During construction, each individual filament is crimped to give it its spring-like resiliency. The polyester fibre matrix is much more open, allowing air to flow easily through the thickness of the pad, therefore not retaining heat.

Unlike foam, fibre is impervious to moisture, which means it will not retain moisture, and its open porosity helps to maintain a constant temperature, which is ideal for babies and children.

The finished fibre is non-allergenic, optically bright, washable, and non-toxic, making it extra breathable and eco-friendly.

The cover material is breathable and moisture resistant and is wipe clean and washable, and is also breathable allowing air to pass through the material helping your toddler to get a more comfortable night’s sleep.
