I believe this fine vintage or antique SW Native American basket originates from Tonoho O'Oham Tribe or Papago tribes.  The basket is 7" in diameter x 2.75" in height.  I think it might date as early as the 1920's.  The overcast dark brown binding at the top edge of the basket is missing in a few places but this does not effect the beauty or strength of the basket.
