Shipping:

- we only use eBay Global Shipping for international orders, if you want cheaper, we suggest using a package forwarder like mypackageforwarder.

Returns:
- we accept returns
- it's always best to contact before initiating returns
- please ensure you use the proper reason for return, violators are reported to ebay

Damaged/Lost Packages:
- if a package arrives damaged, please send pictures of the box, packaging, and damage to the item
- retain the packaging and item and be prepared to take to the shipper for examination
- once a package is scanned as delivered, it's out of our control, we suggest contacting your neighbors, your local depot, or filing a police report
