Volodya is a young worker from Siberia who comes to Moscow to meet Voronin, the writer. This one helps the young boy with a short story that is about to be published. 

In the subway, he meets Kolya - because of his kindness and willingness to help others, he always gets into a whirlwind of adventure. Kola also decides to help Volodya and together they look for the writer's address. An innocent wandering around the city turns into a series of funny and touching stories.
