Vintage Women's Polyester Twinset. Tag does not list brand - it's blurry but the size says 22 1/2. It measures at about a size 18, so please check the measurements for accurate fit.

Dark Cream Background with Brown and Blue Geometric Print. The sleeveless top has a zip closure at the back of the neckline. Shirt has longish collar and blue button front closure. Excellent Condition! Clean, no holes, stains or signs of wear. And it doesn't wrinkle! It looks just like Mrs. Kaufman in the 6th grade (I'm going to age myself, that would have been 1976 - I loved Mrs. Kaufman. She wore red polyester "leisure suits" every Friday).
