Vtg Cat’s Paw Rubber Heels Empty Box Only No Contents Kite String Holder As Is.

The little box is in bad shape, the colors are still pretty good but may be a little faded, it’s dirty and rough though. The rubber heels are gone but it’s too cute to throw away. Someone back in time gave it new purpose as a string holder. Maybe for a kite, maybe just to keep up with their twine, I don’t know but it just gave it new character. As you can see in the photos, one of the paper/cardboard side flaps is broken off, as is the main top flap, it’s also torn into. The box has gotten mashed in and wrinkled up (because of the string) but it’s still a neat little piece to look at. I believe it was made sometime in the 50’s.
