"In a first chapter, we showed that Moroccan veterinary medicine is not a science, but an art, and that the "bitar" is only a craftsman.
In the second chapter, we studied surgical pathology and the simplistic procedures to which it resorts.
The third chapter, devoted to the study of internal pathology and surgical therapy, highlighted the absence of any precise etiological notion.
The fourth chapter deals with magic or superstitious formulas.
In a fifth chapter, we examined veterinary jurisprudence, and showed that in a society frozen for several centuries, this jurisprudence had hardly evolved, and that it presented many more analogies with Roman legislation than with ours. .".
