I break my cases and packs wearing nitrile gloves because I believe that the oils on your hands can contaminate the surface once it's locked into your case/plastic. 

Maybe it's overkill but it has just been my practice for years. It will be penny sleeved and then in a top loader.

The cards are not graded and believed to be NRMT-MINT unless I note the issues above.
