For sale is this incredible old Middle Eastern Intaglio ring. This is a prime example of a classic Islamic piece. It has a single large signet stone (intaglio) in it. It is in pretty good condition with some understandable wear. The style is that of an ancient or medieval ring, but it looks to me that this is a post-medieval piece (and not ancient or medieval). I bought this piece from out of the Middle East. I am not sure what the intaglio was originally for, and am not sure the exact age of the piece. It could be older or more modern. It shows some signs of wear, but also looks to have been cleaned recently. This would make a great display piece, or a great addition to any collection. Don’t pass it up!
Be sure to check over the details and look at all of the photos so you will know exactly what you’ll get! Again, this was made in modern times and is post medieval. Sometimes the photos include a picture of the item next to a ruler so that you can better tell the size of the item. This way we can avoid any accidental sizing issues. My goal is to make you happy!
