• Delivery and Dispatch:
  

• The items may come with/without a box but wrapped in discreet & strong packing.
• Where possible, we use letterbox size packing so no trips to the post office. We may fold/flatten packing so it can slip through your letterbox.
• We do quick same-day dispatch if ordered before 12 pm (Mon - Fri).
• Normally we ship to the UK only, including N. Ireland & the Channel Islands & all off-shore UK Islands. N. Ireland, Channel Islands & off-shore UK Islands & other countries may have surcharges. We may not ship the item if it has surcharges on it before agreeing with you.

RETURN POLICY

• All our items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded.
