Unless we describe an item as being pre-owned or lightly used, it should be assumed that ALL goods are BRAND NEW.
We NEVER polish or refinish merchandise and state that the item is new without tags. If the tag is missing, it is simply because the
jeweler has decided, for whatever reason, to remove said tags.

Shipping
NC sales tax:
Please note that a 7.25% North Carolina sales tax will be added to any
and all purchases shipped with the state of North Carolina.
International buyers:
All international purchases will be subject to taxes and/or customs fees when arriving in their respective countries.
The buyer will be responsible for these fees/taxes, in addition to any shipping costs incurred from the States.
International shipping rates:
Luxebuster offers First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Express to most countries (Russian Federation does not allow Express). Please inquire about foreign shipping rates if you have any questions.
Returns
Buyer MUST contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.
Item MUST be returned within 30 days of date of sale.
Up to a 25% restocking fee will be assessed for all items if not return in same condition as delivered,
(Any item that is damaged, mishandled or is returned with any missing accessories and/or compromised
or missing packaging materials). Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise specified.
If the original purchase included FREE SHIPPING, then the original shipping fees will also be deducted.
