In order to qualify for a return or an exchange, orders must meet the following criteria: 

1. Items must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. 

2. All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Changing your mind or finding an item at a lower price is not a valid reason for return. A 20% handling/restocking fee may be charged.

3. If the item is defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. If the item is returned damaged or used we will charge a 50% restocking fee.

4. Merchandise returned without the original tag and packaging, or damaged may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund. 

5. If the order is shipped to a hotel, casino, or resort, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.
