Q1. Why are the earbuds still connected to the phone after putting back into the charging case?
1. The charging case has no remaining power. When the case is out of battery, the earphones cannot be turned off after putting back into the case.
2. Please make sure the headset is properly placed in the charging case and the charging metal sheet and pins are clean. Try cleaning the charging contact between the charging case and the headset with a soft cloth.
Q2. Why the playtime does not match as advertised?
A single charge cannot support continuous use for 30 hours. The headphones can be used for about 5 hours for a single charge, and the charging case can provide 6 times charge.
