Beautiful Unique Piece of glass. Large VTG Ice Blue Glass Pedestal Square Compote Bowl Sawtooth Diamond Block 9" x 7.75" & 3Lbs. Very Good Condition .......  2 tiny chips and the bottom rim has a couple very small rough spots.  There is also a manufacturing glitch. 2nd to last pic shows the Manufacture Glitch & last pic shows the glitch and tiny chip.
