These skates are new without the original box. Would consider any wear/minor marks to be display/shop wear as they still have the original paper stuffing in the toes. The wheels are 62MM 78a. They are a Skate size 8 which translates to a foot size 268mm. (See Jackson Roller Skate size chart for proper measurement) Please make sure size is correct for you in this make/model prior to purchase as all shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
