In Kodo we call smelling incense "hear incense". Unlike sniffing it contains the meaning of tasting the scent slowly.
Monko means listening to the incense and appreciating.
You can easily enjoy the incense at home with our Monko set. The “Utsusemi” set includes basic Monko tools and is suited for beginners.
