Gold's Gym Vintage 1990s "Pump This!" Men's Tank Top Size L.  A couple of tiny spots in the first "P."  Overall, it is in excellent condition.  Made in the USA.  It measures approximately 21-inches from armpit to armpit and approximately 25-inches from the top of the back collar to the front hem.
