if you receive rot or broken or dead plants, first take a photo for the problem plant, then contact me on ebay, send me the photo.I'll send you replacement or refund.you never lose any money.Don't leave low rate(1-3 stars),Neutral or Negative feedback,if you left,I'll block you, will not deal with you again.

if you buy more plants,I'll ship them by more boxes, you can see the tracking number in your ebay.the parcels can't arrive on the same day,so please don't tell me"you don't send enough plants",just wait for the other parcels.

if you are a beginner, first you must know,it has risk when you root the plants.then if the plants without rootstock, there is an instruction of rooting below, you can have a look. if with rootstock, just insert it into soil and the rootstock is afraid of cold and strong sunlight.

How to make degrafted cactus grow new roots

1.when you receive the cactus,Leave the cactus in a dry place under very bright yet indirect sunlight for 5 to 10 days.

2.Place the cactus onto a bed of propagation sand under weak light, and provided warmth.I usually use Vermiculite. every few days lift up the cactus and mist the Vermiculite beneath it with water, then replace the cactus. This stops the sand from becoming too wet and encourages faster root development.

3.After roots appear, the cactus can be carefully potted up into your preferred cacti soil mix, taking care not to damage the roots.

The roots maybe appear in just 5 weeks, some root faster, some take more time and some die at last.It is not uncommon for the cactus to shrivel and soften slightly during this time. They will rehydrate and harden up when they have had a chance to reabsorb water through their newly developed root system.

Any questions are welcomed.Good luck!
