White Lace Hand Fan.  The ribs are made from laquered wood with white/silver paint decor.  The fan leaves have a hand painted floral image on one side.  Approximate open size is 17" x 9".  Condition is good but the fan has three dark stains and yellowing around the edges.  One rib is starting to come away from the leaf.  The fan is unbranded and is being sold as-is.  Please see photos for details.
