Beautiful Slide Rule Engineering Plaque HAND CRAFTED custom with Slide Rule Case, about 10 inches by 12 inches

The slide rule is velcro'd on and removeable and could work when removed. The customized, initialed slide rule case is included. I believe the original owner was in the VA Tech Virginia Tech (Virginia Tech Polytechnic) School of Engineering program. Back has two holes, one good for hanging.
In good condition, was displayed and handled, may have small imperfections.
