PSION Teklogix NetBook Pro Open Box with Accessories 

It is an open box item and comes in the brown box. The operating system is Windows CE .NET 4.2. 

As you can see in the picture, the rubber is starting to warp on the top and may have some glue residue. This does not affect its use. 

This unit has a crack near the battery compartment (see picture 2). However, it will not affect on its functionality.
