Bidding/Payment

• Serious buyers only.  Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
• If you have zero/negative feedback, please contact me first prior to bidding or you risk having your bid removed or order canceled.
• We accept PayPal or credit card payments through eBay only.
• Payment must be made by within 3 days after auction ends. 
• We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if deemed questionable.

Shipping

• We will only ship to the confirmed address provided by Paypal/eBay in the transaction. 
• We DO NOT accept change of address after payment is made.  If your shipping address is not the one listed on your payment, assuming item still has not shipped, we can help you cancel the order first and place a new order with the correct address.  If item has shipped, buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
• I will only ship within the United States. 
• Shipping service used will be made at our discretion.
• Shipping costs will not be combined if multiple items are won due to the variety of products that is posted. 
• Items will be shipped out within 3 business days after auction ends.  Please allow approximately 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

• All sales are final and sold AS-IS unless noted specifically in the auction page of the item or due to listing error.
• If applicable, warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
• In an event of an exception, return request must be done within 7 days of receiving the item.  Shipping & handling cost to and from the buyer are not reimbursed.  In addition, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.  We reserve the right to charge extra fees if the item returned is damaged or intentionally abused.
• Any type of mail fraud will lead to legal ramification.
