Coconut Palm sugar is one of the essential ingredients in Thai cooking, Thai desserts, and many Southeast Asian cuisine. It is made from the sap from the flowers of coconut palm tree. It has a nice caramel-like taste, not as sweet as regular sugar.
O-Cha Palm Sugar is made from 100% pure coconut palm sap. All natural, no additives, no coloring or preservatives. It comes in small cubes in half dome shape so it is convenient to use.
