Minute hand is 3 1/4" from mounting hole to tip of hand. 

Hour hand is 2 1/2" from mounting hole to tip of hand.

Second hand is 2 3/4" from mounting hole to tip of hand and choice of 4 colors.

Hands are in black finish only.
