The NIKE SB AIR TRAINER 1 CHLOROPHYLL finds the classic AT1 colour palette being applied to the variant of this excellent (and highly underrated) mid-top court shoe from the late ’80s.

We’ve seen some great colourways on the Air Trainer 1 over time: the all-green Chlorophyll Fragment edition was one of our favourite drops in recent years and Pontus Alv took the shoe for his Polar Skate Co. x Air Trainer 1 collaboration. Originally worn by a number of top tennis players in the late ’80s, the Air Trainer 1 has been cemented in the history of the courts and now it’s making its return to the streets once again. This new edition features the same colour scheme as the original release, with white leather on the base and grey suede around the toe, overlays and heel. A few tweaks here and there, such as black nubuck being utilised on the forefoot instead of leather, give this classic shoe a premium.
