NEW HALL CUP AND SAUCER PATTERN U43

A very beautiful Georgian cup and saucer made by Newhall circa 1790 in fabulous condition.

Made from Newhall's hard paste with a characteristically cool grey-ish hue which is balance and complimented beautifully with buttery gold gilding.
Both cup and saucer have 16 vertical facets, decorated with a simple gilt border and delicate gilded pattern and a plain loop handle.
