For sale is the neat hand painted tissue box cover.  It is marked Quarry and I believe, based on my research, that it's Croscill.  The Croscill sticker is no longer on the box however.  It is in really nice condition with no chips or cracks.  I believe its made from a heavy resin material.  It stands about 6 1/4" high and the top width is about 5 1/2".  It tapers in towards the bottom.  It does need some futher cleaning on the inside.  Please take a look at the pictures for a more complete review of condition.
