Simple Instructions
  1. Place order.

  2. Send us your 15-digit IMEI (which you can get by dialing *#06#) during check out or via eBay message.

  3. Wait for unlock code sent via eBay message. The time frame for the service is 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) in 90% of the cases. In 10% of the cases it can take up to 10 working days.

  4. If there is code available, we will then send it to you along with the instructions. If there is no code found, full refund will then be provided.

  1. Can my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 / A70 / S7 be unlocked?
    Yes. All Samsung devices, from the oldest to the latest, phones or tablets, they are all supported, as long as it is asking for the network unlock code.

  2. My phone is showing this message "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK". Can it be unlocked?
    Yes it can. You will need the MCK / Defreeze code to unlock it, which we do provide as well.

  3. My phone is locked to Vodafone. Is it supported?
    Yes it is. All UK and Ireland networks are supported, as long as the phone is asking for the code.

  4. My phone is not asking for any code. Can I use your service?
    We will need you to make sure that your phone is asking for the code. Kindly reset the phone and try out a different work SIM and see if it asks for the code now. 

  5. My phone is a dual sim phone. Which IMEI do I need to provide?
    We need only the first IMEI. And you only need to purchase this service once :)

  6. My phone is locked to EE and it is less than 6 months old. Can I still use your service?
    Yes you can. You just have to make sure that it is asking for the code.
