Here we have a big fin for extra cooling 190 big bore kit 65.50mm bore with the bigger outer dia spigot /linner Big bore cylinder only for a Honda cb125rs XL125R AND XL125RC 6 SPEED nearly 10mm INCREASE  in bore size

65.50mm bore can be rebored to 66mm or 66.50mm later if required and we have pistons in stock

BECAUSE THE 6 Speed engine HAS THE 69MM - 70MM OPENING ITS STRAIGHT FIT

Kit consists of

1 x Piston kit 190 65.50mm machined to suit 125 cylinder head

1 x big fin ALLOY 190 65.50mm bore cylinder with 68mm outer spigot dia 68mm deep TO FIT IN 69- 70MM OPENING

1 x 65.50mm Oe Honda head gasket kit

There options with this 190 kit If no request messaged we send spec as above

Spec we will send normally 1 option 68mm accross spigot. 2 option 68mm deep cylinder , 3 option machined piston top low comp to suit 125 cylinder head

Option 1 depth of cylinder from base to head gasket surface can be. 69mm or 68mm or 67mm or what ever you would like (68mm will be sent if no note )

Option 2 Outer diameter of spigot were it fits into crankcases can be 68mm or 67mm , (68mm will be sent if no note )

Option 3 piston top machined to suit 125 squish area on standard 125 cylinder head or flat top high comp piston top un machine to suit our 190 cylinder head squish area
