SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped after 1 business day. Orders placed on a Friday ship the following Monday. Most orders ship using USPS First Class while large or heavy orders either ship FEDEX, USPS PARCEL SELECT, or USPS FLAT RATE. Read our customer reviews on our fast shipping! (Orders outside of the country ship through the Ebay Global Shipping Program.)

RETURNS:

We want you to get what you paid for, so don't hesitate to reach out if there are any concerns! We offer free returns for up to 30 days after the purchase date if an item is lost, damaged or stolen. Clothing items can always can be returned/exchanged within 30 days as long as they didn't sustain any damage while trying them on and the tag is still intact. You're order must make it back to us before we can issue a refund. We like to process refunds promptly and make the process as easy and quick as possible for our buyers! Please remember all refunds are digital transactions and can take 3-5 business days to process depending on the bank and payment method used to place the order. Exchanges with shirt sizes can be done as long as the desired item is in stock; if it isn't available then we will refund your order once we receive the item back.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation requests are only possible before an item ships (1 business day). If an item has already shipped, the order must make it back to us in order to receive a refund. Any orders marked "returned to sender" due to an incorrect address will be refunded for the order minus what shipping cost us for the order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR INFO :

We purchase our shipping directly through Ebay and the address information entered by the buyer is automatically loaded onto the label. We do not manipulate, adjust or change buyer shipping addresses. Ebay strongly advises against address changes after an order is placed because it voids buyer and seller protection. 

We advise that customers look over their shipping information before completing an order. Or ask to cancel your order immediately if it requires an address change.You will then need to reorder the item with the correct address. If this happens, note that we can not hold items once they are relisted. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus our cost of shipping; average $4.00 or $10.00 for large orders.

OFFERS:

We do not accept offers as the majority of our inventory are the lowest-priced on all of Ebay.

RECEIPTS:

We do not include buyer receipts in our orders to save paper and because buyers can easily retrieve that information from their Ebay orders. If you would like us to include a receipt in your order package or any other special note or message, please let us know and we will make it happen!
