Since I designed this Swatch Wallet back in 2002 there have been many copies...beware of any fakes.
If you take the time to read this you will have discovered many other “methods” of advising you of the best colours that suit your profile. Other authors have created their own “styles” in order to promote their book or business sales...all perfectly genuine, BUT a colour is a colour. Once it has a designated name it only changes by adding different pigments to qualify for “current trends”. The original colour doesn’t become old it’s merely manipulated by other shades to look “new” and mainly for branded advertising sales. The four seasons of the year have naturally evolved over millions of years and nature has formed the resulting shades to represent Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter...as we now know it.
The shades of Cool or Warm are produced for types of ‘in between’ and difficult diagnostic profiles. Your Image or Colour Analyst Consultant will advise on these should you be one. I have supplied Swatch Book Wallets in bulk to Multi Level Marketing Colour Consultants in the UK, Channel Islands, and Europe for over 30 years. I am now retired from business but have maintained my interest in creating these Swatch Wallets on a personal basis. Swatch Book Wallets are based on the Carole Jackson "Colour Me Beautiful" style, utilising colour shades in fabric swatches for that particular season of the year.
The present design Swatch Book Wallet is in Royal Blue grained leather cloth type soft plastic, with simulated gold plated corner protectors on the leading edge. The size is 3¼" {8.3 cm} wide by 6½" {15.9 cm} long when closed and easily fits into a ladies clutch/handbag, or gentleman’s inside jacket pocket.
The fully open size is 10" {26 cm} wide by 6½" {15.9 cm} long,

The white ‘insert’ card that holds the assembled fabric swatches, can be removed from the Swatch Book Wallet. This has been found particularly useful when re-searching colour shades for interior design/decorating/painting, and furniture coverings, other than the main function of matching clothing and cosmetics.
The 'insert' folds into 3 pages within the Wallet, and each page holds a cascade of 10 applicable seasonal colours. Fully open, the Wallet has 30 individual shades.
Each Swatch Book Wallet is assembled by hand and sealed in a plastic dust cover from the time of production, to delivery to you.
